NOTRE DAME 10, SUNSET LANES 9

HERMITAGE -- Host Notre Dame (6-4) pulled out a 10-9 win over visiting Sunset Lanes June 30 in a makeup game, which had originally been scheduled for June 15. Sunset Lanes rallied from a 9-4 deficit by scoring twice in the top of the sixth and adding three more runs in the seventh.

However, Mark Connors opened the bottom of the seventh with a double and moved to third on Pat Connors, Sr.'s flyout. Pat Connors, Jr. then singled Mark Connors home with the game-winner.
