CHICCARINO'S 14, LEGENDS/BELLERIA PIZZA 7
SHENANGO TOWNSHIP -- Chiccarino's scored 11 runs over the final three innings Wednesday night to earn a 14-7 home victory over Legends/Belleria Pizza at COG.
Five players posted multi-hit outings for Chiccarino's (6-7). Jared Terlecky went 3 for 3 with a double while Adam Felton tripled and doubled. Kevin Persch and Cale McConnell each singled twice, as did Darren Gensler. Kevin Faber tripled and drove in three runs and Greg Wise stroked a triple.
Pitcher Ryan Briggs allowed one earned run in six innings. He walked none and struck out one. Dave Tomko pitched the seventh.
Jason Sciarro collected three hits for Legends/Belleria Pizza while John Leetch tripled and singled. Mike Sciarro added a pair of hits. Jason Sciarro threw a complete game for Legends, walking three in six innings.
