Welcome to the on-line home of the Shenango Valley Modified Softball League. The Shenango Valley Modified Softball League is based in the Sharon/Hermitage area in Mercer County, Pennsylvania, approximately halfway between Cleveland, Ohio and Pittsburgh, near the Ohio state line. The Shenango Valley Modified Softball League has a tradition of excellence dating back to 1960. It is one of the oldest and most successful 10-man modified leagues in the country. Teams from the Shenango Valley Modified Softball League compete yearly in the respective Pennsylvania state championships. In 2015, Our Gang's won the ASA of Pennsylvania Class B championship. In 2008, Our Gang's won the state Open/Major championship in Erie while Jergler Investments won the Class "D" title in Meadville. Coast to Coast won the Class "A" title in 2000 while DSM won the 2001 "A" title. In 2011, Warehouse Sales earned state runner-up honors in Class "D" while Lenbil's earned runner-up in Class "A" in 2012. In 2013, High Street earned runner-up in Class "A" and Jolley Industrial Supply took second in Class "B." The 2019 season begins June 5 and will conclude in late July with the playoffs. High Street won its fourth straight league championship in 2018. High Street also placed second at the state Class "B" tournament.
