JERGLER INVESTMENTS/LENBIL'S 11, JIM'S AUTOMOTIVE AND TOWING 9

HERMITAGE -- Jergler Investments/Lenbil's pulled out an 11-9 victory over host Jim's Automotive and Towing Thursday night at St. Paul's in both teams' season opener. Jergler/Lenbil's trailed 9-5 entering the sixth but rallied for the victory.

John Dorus belted a three-run homer to ignite the comeback while Charles "Gibby" Gibbs collected three hits, including a double. Gary Jergler, Nate Banick, Jason Heasley and Dave Tomko all had a pair of hits for the victors while Josh McCullough doubled. Gibbs pitched three innings to record the win.

Brandon Sanchez cracked a three-run homer for Jim's Automotive (0-1). Devin Kulka added two hits. Kulka pitched seven innings for Jim's and took the setback.
