SPLITZ 6, CHICCARINO'S 1
SHENANGO TOWNSHIP -- Winning pitcher Devin Kulka fired a complete game Tuesday night to help lift Splitz to a 6-1 victory over host Chiccarino's at COG.
Kulka also went 3 for 3 at the plate for Splitz (10-5) while Fred Sloan singled twice. Dustin Kulka doubled and John Napotnik singled in a pair of runs. Devin Kulka scattered 10 hits and issued one walk.
For Chiccaino's (5-7), Darren Gensler tripled and singled. Greg Wise and Adam Felton each went 2 for 3. Pitcher Ryan Briggs allowed 10 hits and walked none. He took the setback.
The game featured just two extra-base hits.
